Bike Hit and Run Tipline

$10,000 is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the hit-and-run driver who struck a bicyclist on May 30, 2009 at 11:37 pm near Frederick, MD on Yellow Springs Road immediately south of Bethel Road.

1. To be eligible for the reward, the tip must be submitted through www.bikehitandrun.com or the Hit-and-Run Tipline at 1-877-411-1812 along with sufficient contact information for our investigator to interview you to assess the value of the information.
   
2. If a single tip is sufficient to lead to the arrest and conviction of the hit-and-run driver, that tip will receive the full $10,000 reward.
   
3. If several tips are required to secure the arrest and conviction of the hit-and-run driver, those tipsters will share the $10,000 reward.
   
4. Only the first tip received of similar tips will be eligible for the reward.
   
5. This reward is administered by Bike Hit and Run, LLC, a Virginia corporation. All awards are final.
   
6. Bike Hit and Run, LLC is not responsible for technical problems that delay or prevent any tip from being received. You may submit the same tip to both the Hit-and-Run Tipline at 1-877-411-1812 and the Hit-and-Run website at www.bikehitandrun.com.
   
7. This offer of reward may be withdrawn at any time by notice on the www.bikehitandrun.com website or on the Hit-and-Run Tipline at 1-877-411-1812 or by closure of both. If you submitted a tip before this offer is withdrawn and that tip leads to the arrest and conviction of the driver, your tip is eligible for the reward.
